Vice President, Global Delivery and Customer Success
Liisa Koivukoski leads the team responsible for BC Platforms Deliveries and Customer Success globally. Before this position, she has held several positions at BC Platforms, including commercial roles (Global Sales Manager), Customer Delivery roles (Director, Customer Success, Director Customer Success USA, Vice President Project Management) and several years and roles in BC Platforms Technology R&D (Director, Personalized Medicine Platform Development, Head of Product Management, Vice President, Product Management) before being appointed to current position. Before joining BC Platforms, she has worked in Laboratory Informatics Industry.
Liisa holds M.Sc. degree in Genetics from the University of Helsinki.
