Karen Tay Koh

Board Member, Chair of Audit Committee

Karen is a non-executive director with international experience across private and public sectors. She currently serves on the boards of HSBC Bank (Singapore), Manulife US Real Estate Management, Banyan Tree Holdings, and The Red Pencil Singapore. Previous roles include board positions at Falck, Northeastern University USA, Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Singapore EDB Investments. Karen began her career at the Singapore Ministry of Finance before holding Deputy CEO roles at SingHealth and Singapore General Hospital, where she helped establish Duke-NUS Medical School and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She later worked in private equity as CEO of IP Investment Management Singapore and as Senior Advisor to TVM Capital Healthcare Partners.  

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University.
